Rental Requirements:

• Original and Valid divers License from country of issue.
• Local Drivers Permit
• Rental Cost: Payable by Credit Card – DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX accepted or Cash with a Deposit.
• Optional Collision Damage Waiver(C.D.W.)
• Other Additional Charges

Other Requirements:

Drivers
Drivers must be over 25 years of age and have been the holder of a valid driver's license for no less than three (3) years. Persons over 60 years of age would require special authorization from the insurance company. Under such circumstances, this process would be facilitated by our company.

Driving
Our vehicles are all 'right-hand drive' and we drive on the LEFT in Grenada.

Local Permit
A local permit is absolutely necessary for all drivers, this would be arranged by our representatives at an additional cost of USD$12.00 per driver.

Insurance
Insurance: All vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive policy. An optional Collision Damage Waiver is available and recommended.

CDW (COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER)
The Hirer’s responsibility for loss or damage shall only be limited if the Hirer purchases the optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Plan which waives partial responsibility for vehicle damage resulting from an at fault collision. N.B. CDW does not cover damage to Lights, Tires, Rims, Windscreens broken or cracked mirrors; and Windows or interior of vehicle and dents. It does not protect damage to soft top vehicles such as rips, tears, burns or misplacement to the roof of the vehicle and missing items such floor mats, spare tires, jack, wheel tools and stereos.

Premium CDW USD $25.00 Liability $ 300.00 USD
CDW is not insurance.

The CDW plan is rendered Null and Void in the event of the following:
(a) Use of the vehicle for any of the activities listed above in restriction of use clause.
(b) An unauthorized driver driving the vehicle.
(c) Damage or loss caused intentionally.
(d) The loss or damage occurred because the driver whether authorized or not was impaired by use of alcohol or drugs.

If the Hirer does or causes to be done anything which makes the CDW plan void, the Hirer shall promptly pay to the Rental Company the full cost of any and all damages or loss, including loss of use of the vehicle.

If Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is declined, the Hirer accepts full responsibility for all loss, damage, or loss of vehicle caused by accident, fire, or theft regardless which party is at fault.

Security Deposit:
In the event that the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is waived a refundable deposit of USD $1000 is required, in the event of an accident the deposit will be forfeited.

Fuel Policy:
All vehicles are rented with a full tank of Fuel. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to return the vehicle with a full tank of Fuel unless a prearranged agreement is made between the Hirer and the Rental Company. A charge of the market rate + 10% of the cost of the fuel will be charged to the Hirer should the vehicle be returned without a full tank of fuel.

Vehicle return:
Vehicles must be returned at the time stated above or a charge of USD$8.50 per hour for any late returns. Request for extension of contract must me made 24hrs in advance.

Smoking and Animals:
Smoking is also strongly prohibited in the vehicle.
No animals or pets are allowed in the vehicle under any circumstances.
Should the upholstery be soiled or burnt by such activities, the Hirer will be liable for all valet and repair costs.

Payment
The following payment methods are accepted: Discover, Diners Club, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Cash with a Deposit.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be done 2 weeks prior to rental date to receive a full refund. This fee consists of two day’s rental on the specific category of vehicle booked. Cancellations 1 week before rental date will receive 50% of deposit and any cancellations or no shows within 1 week the deposit will be forfeited.
